Details of Experience:
Upon arrival at the Grand Pavilion, Mrs. O’connor was welcomed and made comfortable by members of our Grand Pavilion community. She was immediately greeted and evaluated by our dedicated therapy team where it was determined that Mrs. O’connor was in need of specialized physical and occupational therapy. The patient had decreased performance with ADLs (activities of daily living), was not able to ambulate safely, and that she had decreased muscle strength.

It was our team’s pleasure to work alongside this determined, self-motivated, strong woman, who strived to reach her goals quickly. Mrs. O’connor always had something positive to share and showed great appreciation to the dedicated staff. She was supported by her loving family, who were there for her to celebrate her successes throughout her journey.

As she worked consistently to reach her goals, it was to no one’s surprise that she was enjoying great progress and was able to ambulate independently in short order, while maintaining good standing balance. Mrs. O’connor very much appreciated all the staff that cared for her and rated us a 10/10. The Grand Pavilion staff sends well wishes and continued health prayers for Mrs. O’connor and is proud of the challenges she conquered and the goals that she reached.
