How did patient hear about Quality Rehabilitation Center: The team at St. Thomas West

Details of Experience:
After discharging home from a previous hospital stay, Jack experienced a sudden sharp pain in his groin. He went to Summit Tristar due to this discomfort and was admitted for a hematoma of his right leg. Following his stay at the hospital, Jack stayed for a week at Mt. Juliet Health Care, before he was referred to Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing on March 18, 2020, for short term rehabilitation.

Jack was warmly greeted by the Quality Center concierge, who performed a concierge evaluation with him and performed daily rounds with Jack, ensuring an excellent experience. Jack improved his ambulation from 20 feet to 400 feet within his first 4 weeks at Quality Center. Prior to discharge, Jack was able to stand and use the restroom with a walker. He was very grateful to the entire clinical team for inspiring him to participate in therapy and giving him hope again. Jack was discharged from therapy and returned to his home on April 24, 2020. The Quality Center team was proud to assist Jack in making a full recovery.
