The 2018 National Service Excellence Conference kicked off on Wednesday, August 22nd in Westchester, New York featuring Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Directors of Concierge Services, and corporate leadership throughout the CareRite Network in a collaborative effort of customer service workshops and inspirational presentations given by professionals within the industry.
This year’s theme showcased four pinnacles of the CareRite Centers’ culture: Lead, Serve, Engage, and Empower. Leaders within each CareRite community were offered inspiring content and challenged with the task of finding and utilizing self-motivation.
The afternoon was an incredible experience and a consistent reminder of the three pillars of the CareRite Centers brand: supporting our patients, our families, and our professionals, always.
