Details of Experience:

Nursing:

Marie is a surprisingly strong lady in a very small package. She has endured a femur fracture and battled back to independence all the while dealing with the chronic issues of diabetes and chronic kidney disease. She travels to dialysis three times weekly with a smile on her face and is an encouragement to others. We will miss her but know that she is very happy to be at home with her family.

Holly Seabolt, D.O.N.

Therapy:

Marie admitted to Beeghly on 10/16/2015 with a femur fracture, decreased strength, and functional mobility; she was unable to perform self care and homemaking tasks independently. Marie’s determination and hard work in therapy paid off; she was able to complete all of her goals and to return home safely. Marie was so positive and everyone enjoyed her.

Deb Shasteen, Therapist

Activities:

What a pleasure it was to have Marie in our community for short term rehab! Though Marie preferred self directed activities she accepted religious visits and daily visits from the activity staff. Marie’s positive, uplifting spirit will be missed!

Michelle Burton, Director Recreational Therapy

Concierge:

Marie was an absolute delight to all that she met. She is the most positive lady; she looks at everything with great enthusiasm. Marie shared so many stories and her joy is definitely in her family. She told me how excited she is that her grandson will be getting married.
