Details of Experience:

Patient was re-admitted on 1-19-17, to Heritage Center for Rehabilitation and Specialty Care from an acute care hospital stay, after having back surgery. She returned to Heritage Center for her follow up rehabilitation. Prior to her surgery, she was an admitted patient at Heritage Center for strength building and procedural preparation. Her goals were to gain strength and stamina for a full and productive recovery.

As of late, physical therapy is going very well and it has been a pleasure to see her doing so well, so soon after major back surgery. She is capable of ambulating with her walker and always presents in good spirits. She has a positive outlook and determination to continue to improve each day so she can return home. When she is visit by the team she always offers a word of encouragement and provides positive feedback on the great job that the entire Heritage team is doing and the great care she is received thus far!
