Details of Experience:

Patient has been here previously for a rehabilitation stay and was very pleased with the care that was provided during her previous stay. The patient experienced a fall at home, which resulted in multiple facial fractures. Upon discharge from The Ohio State University Medical Center, patient decided to return back to Heritage Center for an intensive rehabilitation program. Due to the excellent and innovative therapy program provided by Heritage Center, the patient was confident on selecting Heritage Center for further clinical support in hopes of returning home.

The patient noted that she was very pleased with Heritage Center as it is, “a nice place, filled with really nice people and excellent care.” She also shared that the, “the building had been remodeled since I was last here and it looks very nice.”
