How did this patient hear about Hospitality? Past experience with family residents.
Details of Experience:
Patient was admitted to Hospitality in late November after suffering an intertrochanteric fracture of the right femur. Due to the extent of his injuries, a long term rehabilitative and residential care plan was put into place.
The entire staff was prepared to welcome Patient for the “long haul,” but instead of settling in, this patient’s dramatically successful response to our team prompted an early discharge!
Hospitality’s execution of care is entirely evident, as recovery for an injury of this magnitude is typically greater than six months. Our “total health” approach demonstrates influential success through an entirely individualized rehabilitative plan. Extra touches available through the only Concierge Program in Southwest Ohio provided Patient with restorative comfort and peace of mind throughout his journey to recovery.
“When I arrived at Hospitality, my goal was to be able to walk with a walker.
I was also anxious at first, as I knew that a team that made me feel as ease would help me trust the process and heal faster.”
Now, as he prepares to transition into the next chapter of recovery through home health care, Patient laments on an entirely different challenge.
“The only problem with such a friendly staff is that I never want to leave!”
Entering as strangers,
Leaving as friends.
That is the #CareRiteDifference.
