Patient arrived at Hospitality Center for Rehabilitation & Healing in June in seek of therapeutic excellence from a total hip replacement. After several weeks of extensive rehabilitation, the patient had regained full mobility in his left leg and was able to maneuver independently for far-reaching distances. He was overwhelmed by the consistent support and clinical excellence offered here at Hospitality Center.

The patient described the nursing team as, “Great! Kristen, my nurse, is always very kind to me and looks after me all the time. Shannon and Carrie are also all good to me. I have no complaints at all with the nurses here. They go out of their way to make sure I am always okay. The nurses check on me constantly and provide me my medication on time always.”

In his eyes, Hospitality is considered one of the best places to come to when rehabilitation and nursing care are needed. “Generally, the whole staff here at Hospitality are very good,” he said. “The rehab team is excellent. They all helped me get back to my health before the surgery and they each put forth a great effort. Gretchen, my usual therapist, is great!”

The patient had consistently rated Hospitality Center’s clinical services and patient relations as a ten out of ten. We all are proud of the progress he has achieved throughout his successful journey with our team. His determination to ReNEWal is a testament to his unwavering motivation and vision we have for all we serve. We wish him and his family well as he returns home in optimal health
