Details of Experience:
Short term rehabilitation patient was admitted from Greene Memorial Hospital in seek of physical and occupational therapeutic services. Patient was recovering from a fall at home in which strength building, balancing, orthopedic counseling and assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) were needed in order to independently return home. With the help of our steadfast clinical team and state-of-the-art therapy equipment, the patient was discharged home unencumbered and at optimum health.

The objective to recovery was set to meet a span of roughly thirty days in which the patient was pleased to meet her overall goal. The patient was overly appreciative of the care and compassion received from the team at Hospitality. Nothing but compliments and words of praise were given in which the nursing and therapy teams were seen as“shining stars”.

The patient rated her overall stay at Hospitality as a 10/10 and returned home noting Hospitality Center as a phenomenal community. The private room available also made a huge difference in feeling comfortable and at full potential.
