Details of Experience:
Carvel L. arrived to Hospitality Center for Rehabilitation & Healing in seek of physical therapy and around the clock nursing care. Presenting with several ailments, Mr. L. believed that the road to recovery was going to be a stressful and lengthy process. However, while incorporating the Hospitality team as a whole, Carvel made terrific progress each and every day over the duration of his stay.
Upon arrival, Carvel was unable to move from side to side and bring himself out of his bed. Taking this into account, the standout physical therapy team here at Hospitality initiated their assessments and prepared Mr. L. for success and rejuvenation. After only twenty three days, Carvel was discharged home from Hospitality Center in better health, mobility and morale.
Mr. L. had nothing but positive comments to say in regards to the Hospitality staff’s work ethic. Rodney of physical therapy, Kristin of the unit A nursing station, Jamie of the Dietary Department and the communities’ concierge were all standouts. Although, Carvel did mention that he could not have made such great progress without the aid of every single staff member at Hospitality. The staff exemplified concern and positive support ranging anywhere from the daily Certified Nursing Assistants to the Executive Director.
Carvel rated Hospitality at a 9.99 out of a possible 10. High praises were given all around in reference to Mr. L.’s road to recovery. Hospitality wishes him nothing but good health down the road ahead.
