Details of Experience:
Mr. Joshua S. arrived to Hospitality Center for Rehabilitation & Healing from Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio to seek out rehabilitative services from a post-surgical procedure for his left leg. On September 24, 2014, Joshua and his family arrived to Hospitality Center to begin the anticipated lengthy road to recovering as a team.

With a strong support system from both his family and staff, Joshua was able to fully recover from a broken left leg and surgery in less than three months. The family as a whole had nothing but extraordinary things to say that complemented Hospitality’s team of highly-trained staff.

Joshua and his family rated Hospitality as a twelve out of a possible ten and described everything they experienced as: “The care was top-notch. Everyone’s interaction with Josh was so positive while treating him so special. Everyone also accepted that I was here 24 hours, 7 days a week with Josh. I felt welcome here. And lastly, the rehab department who helped Josh is remarkable. I can’t say enough about them!”

There were so many members of Hospitality who had a positive impact upon Joshua’s recovery that the family couldn’t single out one particular staff member as they labeled a large portion of the team as “over the moon!” Rodney and Jessica of the physical and occupational therapy teams were particularly noticed as being ever so special as they had the ability to really connect with Josh in ways that his family has really never seen before. Initially, they built excellent rapport and trust, which perpetuated ample results for the duration of Joshua’s recovery.

The nursing staff was also greatly appreciated for their warm attitudes and excellent care. Joshua’s mother, Pamela said that “without a doubt, Hospitality offers the best care possible in our area and I would recommend to any seeking rehabilitation.”

Finally, Joshua and his family were appreciative of the position of concierge. They have never really experienced such a role prior to arriving at Hospitality. Pamela noted the concierge services as “unbelievable”. She appreciated the time and effort put into the position as another face was available to prevent concern and to really ensure that an enjoyable experience that is second to none was being achieved.

Hospitality’s team eagerly looks forward to seeing Joshua and his family again as a reminder that what we do makes a difference in the lives of others. We are ecstatic with the goals Joshua has set and surpassed along the way to returning home. ReNEWal happens here!
