Details of Experience:

Rose, a very active 76-year-old preschool teacher, arrived to Jupiters after suffering from a fall at home, which resulted in two severe fractures in her ankle. Rose demonstrated a strong desire to return home with her husband right from the beginning. She was always very motivated during her therapy sessions and very supportive of her fellow residents, often motivating them to do better as well.

Rose made excellent progress where she continued daily exercises after returning from therapy in her room. Her efforts to strengthen and return home were of the utmost importance. Upon admission, she required a two (2) person assist for transfers, and upon discharge, required only supervision.

Rose returned home with wonderful support from her family and friends and at this time will keep an open mind as to whether she will return to work or stay busy with her arts and crafts and taking care of her home and family.
