How did this patient hear about Platinum Ridge? Patient is a local resident within community

Mr. William Tilman arrived to Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing status post left toe amputation of the transmetarsal 3 toes. Upon arrival, he was non-weight bearing with all activities of daily living (ADLs). William made incredible gains while under the care of the Platinum Ridge interdisciplinary team. He was advised to hop on one foot for all transfers, ultimately progressing from maximum assistance to contact guard.

While working very hard in therapy, William was cleared to be weight bearing as tolerated. With approval he demonstrated great progress in all ADLs. Upon discharge, William was modified independent with all self-care as well as with functional ambulation without using any devices! Mr. Tilman remained at Platinum Ridge for an additional week following therapy discharge for nursing measures, but continued to stay active! He was discharged home by himself and is hoping to return to work quickly. William is from the community and teaches music where he professionally once taught at the local high school.
