How did this patient hear about The Riverside?
SW at NY Pres

Resident arrived on a Thursday afternoon- a busy time for The Riverside, with new admissions pouring in and our staff going out of their way to ensure the best quality care for all our residents.
Yet even amongst the day to day action and activity within our community, this new resident was greeted and treated to a full dose of Riverside TLC. Every disciplinary came through her door smiling and giving her very personal welcome to our community and introduced their specific piece and role in her journey towards full ReNEWal and recovery. She was accompanied by her daughter, who was taken aback by the courteous, professional and well mannered staff they encountered her first day.

The Resident started her therapy and got settled in on the floor she was staying on- getting to know the nursing staff as well as residents. She connected with her CNA’s and therapists on a 1-1 level and started making marked improvement within a few weeks.

Her daughter specifically mentioned to me how impressed she is with the level of care her mom is getting while at The Riverside, and how nice and accommodating all the staff was to her every time she came to visit. No one wants to be at a skilled nursing facility- but if one MUST, they were glad they came to The Riverside.

Direct quote from resident’s daughter: “My mom had a great stay here- were blessed that we chose The Riverside; the RIGHT place. The staff was always courteous with me and nice to my family when we were visiting. Thank you all”.
