Details of Experience:

Ms. Herbert was admitted to The Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing Center after staying at Brooklyn Hospital for aftercare following joint replacement surgery.

Ms. Herbert has a positive mind; she knows why she’s here. She received PT and OT 7 days a week.

She told me once, “I know there is a price for everything, no pain no gain.” She works very hard with our rehab team and our therapy was amazed about what a hard working woman she is.

She also wants to thanks our dietitian department for watching out her food, because she knows she’s pre-diabetic, and we created a very healthy menu for her.

She stayed here a little less than 2 weeks, and she graduated with a walker to go home.

Before she leaves, she told me that she feels surprised and satisfied for me visiting her daily with a big smile, bringing her hot towels and snacks.
