Details of Experience:
Upon his admission, Mr. Barry Rosenberg was welcomed warmly and made comfortable by members of The Grand Pavilion’s interdisciplinary team, including their concierge, nursing team, rehabilitation team, and social work team. He was evaluated by the dedicated therapy team, where it was determined that Mr. Roseberg needed intense physical and occupational therapy. He was struggling with daily living activities, was unable to ambulate safely, and had decreased muscle strength. Mr. Rosenberg stated he would like to be able to walk without pain, and the team was there to support him through this journey!

Mr. Rosenberg was very determined and self-motivated to reach his goals. Through the daily treatment modalities offered by the rehabilitation team, Barry was able to make incremental strides towards his short term and long term goals. During his final two weeks of rehabilitation, Barry worked diligently to ensure he was able to meet his long term goals and return home. On March 27, 2020, the team was able to send Mr. Barry home safely, with a 10/10 rating for care! The Grand Pavilion staff sends well wishes and continued health prayers for Mr. Rosenberg and is proud of the challenges he conquered and the goals that he reached.
