How did this patient hear about Ramapo Manor?
I Social Worker at Westchester Medical Center told me about Ramapo Manor.
Details of Experience:
Patient came to Ramapo Manor at 1:30 PM on December 5th 2014. She was transferred here from Westchester Medical Center. Patient was a great success story. She was brought here after fracturing her Right Femur along with her Left Ankle. She decided to come to Ramapo Manor because she knew that we used Kessler Core for Rehabilitation and she wanted the best Rehab possible. She worked for months and months at a time, each day getting a little stronger. She would always participate in all of the parties and activities while she was here. Playing Volleyball was her absolute favorite activity. She used to play volleyball for her high school so this was always a happy time for her. She was a very popular lady with the staff and the other residents. Everyone at Ramapo Manor loved her and she always had such an upbeat attitude towards everything and she was always quick to crack a joke. After 300 days at Ramapo Manor, she was finally able to head home. On her last day I asked her “So what did you think about Ramapo Manor?” Her answer put a huge smile on my face. She said “Kris everything at Ramapo Manor was perfect. My therapist, nurses and social workers were the best. I really enjoyed my private room. I was at Ramapo Manor for such a long period of time and I am going to miss everyone.”
