Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have employed a number of measures recommended by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to best protect the health and safety of our team members and residents:
Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE): All healthcare personnel and other facility staff shall wear a face mask and gloves while within six feet of residents and one another.
Limitation of non-emergency offsite appointments: Non-emergency offsite appointments shall be canceled in order to prevent unnecessary potential for exposure.
Health check/screening: All individuals are screened upon entrance to the center by answering designated questions and a physical temperature check. Any adverse response or temperature reading will be addressed accordingly.

Ensuring our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our number one priority. As of March 11th, we have restricted visitor access to our center, and communities throughout the CareRite Centers network, until further notice.
We understand that certain situations may warrant an exception to this rule and we will do whatever we can to accommodate such exceptions without jeopardizing the health and safety of yourself and others.
Families still have the opportunity to connect with their loved ones.
Connecting with your loved one
Our number one priority is ensuring our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment. As a friendly reminder, although visitation is restricted at this time, please feel free to contact our community to connect with our Therapeutic Recreation/Concierge team for Facetime/video chats with your loved ones. We are taking necessary steps for alternative means of visitation for patients to reach out to their loved ones, through phone calls and digital platforms. For more information, please follow along on our Facebook page, or send us a message via Facebook messenger.
Please check back on our website and Facebook page for regular updates. Please also feel free to send along messages through the Facebook messenger portal.
How you can help?
Do everything you can to keep yourself and others safe and healthy. Follow social distancing guidelines, clean your hands often, and stay home if it all possible, especially if you are sick.
We are continuing to work closely with the Department of Health and CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention); we are also in close contact with the local and state health department and are following their guidance for continuing education and updates. Thank you again for your ongoing support and understanding; it is our pleasure and mission to care for your loved ones.
