How did this patient hear about The Grove?: Was a resident here before

Resident was brought in after undergoing a knee replacement. He chose The Grove to complete his healing process due to the amazing experience he had here in the past. Upon meeting him for his initial interview, he told Administration that he was very happy to be accepted back, and is requesting the same therapist that worked with him before.
The Grove went above and beyond that request. The resident was placed in a beautiful private room, given the same therapist for his PT, and was treated to the quality Grove customer service we offer. All staff went out of their way to ensure complete and total satisfaction. He was visited multiple times a day from the Concierge, nursing and rehab department.
Starting out as a fall risk in a wheelchair, the resident worked hard every day in Therapy. He was motivated by The Groves staff to push himself as much as he can in order to get him back on his feet and resume his life.
After a few weeks he was taken off the fall risk list. Resident was making strides with his therapy and continued on that course, using his last week to tighten up on safety measures and ADL’s.
In his discharge meeting, he only had amazing things to say about his experience. He gave a star testimonial, took pictures with the staff and then walked out the lobby door of The Grove as a safe discharge back to the community.
