Mr. Homer Bradley’s short term rehabilitation stay lasted a successful and well-achieved 16 days. Mr. Bradley arrived to Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation & Healing from a post hospitalization at Sumner Regional Medical Center. As an active member within the community, he proudly volunteers at the local hospital, sharing that he has devoted over ten thousand hours in helping the center. He also oversees a local fundraiser for the community food bank.
During Mr. Bradley’s sixteen day journey at Gallatin Center, he was assisted by a multitude or professionals who created and enhanced his quality of life through comprehensive care planning. Approaching the date of his discharge, Mr. Bradley shared, “I have never seen any cleaner place, everyone is extremely nice. I was so impressed by everyone especially the therapy department. I have told everyone about how nice everything is at Gallatin Center. I would recommend it to anyone!”
Mr. Bradley is now able to return supporting the community by returning to his place employment at Morningside Assisted Living, working roughly 40 hours per week! Team Gallatin Center is so pleased to see Mr. Bradley make the successful strides that he did while residing within our community. We wish him nothing but the best as he continues to be a valued members within society!
